Sad News

Good Morning kittahs.... Rossetti and Kirara's Mom here...

I've been meaning to get back to helping the kiatons with their blogging for the past three years now, but kept putting things off one day at a time. I wish a happier event had brought us back, but instead we return with sad news.

This morning, at 1:35AM, my darling boy, Rossetti, crossed to the Rainbow Bridge. It was entirely unexpected, but he died in my arms with his sister by his side. I'm still reeling from the shock, and I don't know how Kirara will cope when she realizes her brother isn't coming back.

I just wanted to let everykittah in the blogosphere know what had happened and also to apologize for promising to update my kiatons' blog and then taking an unexpected 3 year hiatus. I've spent the last hour or so trying to catch up with everything that's happened since we've been AWOL... hopefully, I'll be a good Momma and Kirara will be back blogging again soon.

We don't even have a cool new Valentine's Day Picture to share....

Here's last years graphic Momma helped us make (which also means we've missed our very own first blogoversary) We totally promise to get every kiaton caught up in the happening about our empire... We have been trying to visitate our furriends' bloggies just haven't posted ourselves or left many comments.... Momma has been made to feel VERY guilty so we gat to post again!!!!

So Rossetti and I have been looking everywhere for Momma... has any kiaton seen her?

Looks like we're going to have to start making her let us blog again... Any other kiatons out there about to lose their beans to the WoW soon? Maybe we'll start a support group...

* actually Momma's being good and day/night hunting right now. She IS going to go get in line for da WoW : Wrath of the Lich King when she gets to stop hunting for the night though.

Veteran's Day

We iz celebratin Veteren'z Day at owr howze!!!! Momma sez owr Grandaddy Bean wuz stationed in Germany durin da Vietnam War and dat owr Great- Grampy Bean (whoze we never got to meet) drove a amburlanse in da WWII.

Kirara and I want to thank EVERY bean who fought to give uz freedom!!! We (and Momma too) are very thankful for all that you do (and have dun)

We've Got News!!!!

Greetings Every Kiaton!!!!

We have finally made it back to the blogosphere!!!! well, to posting anyways....

We've been stopping by many bloggies to visitate, but haven't been able to leave many comments or post ourselves. Momma has been very, very busy!!! but hopefully, she will not be too busy now to help us blog. She got a new nite hunting job so she gets home a little earlier, but has had many projects to work on that haven't included blogging! (We did insist on watching the Breeder's Cup Horse Races with her last weekend so we could watch for any of Snap's cousins that might have been on da TV!!!) We're putting the big guilt trip on Momma so bare with us, and we'll try to be around more! We Miss Ya'll!!!!!

We've also got a new member to The Kiaton Empire... our very our squillion, Cosette!!!! Isn't she a very pretty Meezer? We hope she loves living with us!!!!

Kirara already joined hiz crew... I'm on my wayz der now fur grog and pirate booty, meself, savvy? I'z just stopped to pass da word on all da festivitiez planned. Da Meowerz iz also shovin off on adventure az well.

Good Bye Dear Pixie

We have just learned that Pixie has traveled to the Bridge this weekend, and as with most of the blogosphere, we are deeply saddened. It seems that we were still just getting to know Daisy's feisty older sister, and we wish we had longer. Momma was very leaky eyed this morning when we all read the news (she loved seeing Pixie sneak onto Miss Daisy's blog). She even corrects other beans when they call bananers "bananas," boy does she get some strange looks. She's definitely made quite an impression on our Momma. Needless to say, we'll all miss Pixie a lot, but we are glad she's not hurting anymore. 

Rossetti and I are very proud of Pixie for being such a great big sister! She even made sure Daisy understood why she had to leave... What a hard task for any kiaton... 

We want to send all our purrs and huggles to Daisy and her Mommy and Daddy because we know how sad they all are right now. We know it hurts very much to love someone (bean, kiaton, etc) enough to let them go...

For Our Sprout

Today, we all gather to bid farwell for now to our beloved Sprout. Rossetti and I still don't have the words to express our sorrow for the loss of little Violette Noelle. Nevertheless, we decided to do our best today to let her know how special she was. We turned our blog violet for the weekend and both of us and our Momma too wore purple today. Momma helped us make this grapic for Violette and her family.

We also lit a candle online for Violette, and added the candle graphic below that we borrowed from KC. We thought it would be purrfect.

We want to send purrs and head butts to our new friend, Monty Q, and all of Violette's family. May you all find peace and may the aches in your hearts diminish so that you may all carry on...

I have taken ovr owr bloggy to entroduse owr nuw freend, Hippie Kittie!!!!

She iz the offis kittah at my Momma'z dae huntin plaze. (She iz actually Hippie Kittie the 2nd, cuz owr Momma's imployer had a Hippie Kittie the 1st but her went to the Bridge at the beginnin of diz yeer. Dey wanted to honor Hippie Kittie I by namin da new kittah after her older brofther. Plus thee coulda been twins!!)  Her iz jus a little kitten rite now, but will grow up to be an emportant part of Momma'z huntin place. Momma tellz uz that Hippie already makez sure all the thingz in Momma's "In" box are weighted down and takez care of penz and stuff az well. Kirara and I are verry purrowd of little Hippie!!!!  She even has mooviez on da utoobes.com web site cuz my Momma and her co-dae hunter have taken sum time owt of der busee dae to chronical Hippie's life!!! just go to da utoobes site and search fur "Chronicles of Hippy Kitty" she'z sooper kyoot!!!!!! Wow!!!! What a great par-tay Kimo and Sabi had yesterday!!!! We had so much fun redecorating that we're gonna nap the rest of the day so we'll be ready to watch the fireworks tomorrow!!!!
